Privacy policy

When you enter into a booking agreement with On Your Mind, we need your name, address, telephone number, email address and, where relevant, company registration number.

We register this information to arrange your booking and retain it for five years, after which it is deleted. On Your Mind's director and employees have access to registered customer information, and the director is responsible for the data.

Customer information is not sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties. Information required to complete a booking may be shared with the booked artist.

You may object to registration and request access to the information On Your Mind holds about you. Contact info@oym.dk with your name and address. We will respond by email as soon as possible and no later than ten days. State clearly if you also want the information deleted.

Artists represented by On Your Mind

For represented artists, On Your Mind may also register CPR/CVR and bank information. This is not shared with third parties without consent, except where information is necessary to complete a booking.

Artists may request access to or deletion of their information by emailing info@oym.dk.
